Parkour Classes for Kids

If you ask us when we started parkour, we might respond with, “When did you stop?” Parkour was in every single one of us as a kid; jumping off swings, climbing trees, and hopping over cracks in the sidewalk. We encourage people to rediscover the creative, natural movement that we all loved when we were 3 feet tall. Training with us is fun and feels more like playing than exercising. In our classes you’ll move your body in challenging new ways, and gaining valuable strength and mobility needed to live a long, healthy life.

Adult Parkour Classes

Beginner Parkour Classes

These classes have no skill pre-requisites and are the perfect place to start learning parkour.

Youth Level 1

This is a Beginner level class for ages 6-12 covering the fundamentals of parkour with courses and skill challenges in this fun, playful form of exercise. Bands will be given out as students progress through our program and learn new skills and meet physical fitness benchmarks.

Parkour Tots

Our Parkour Tots class is for your 3-5 year old in to get a head start on climbing, jumping, and general balance. Parent or guardian are requested to join in and shadow the class.

Intermediate & Advanced Parkour Classes

For seasoned practitioners looking to further progress, we offer more challenging classes which will push your physical and mental capabilities. Not sure if you’re ready for these classes? Ask our coaches for approval and recommended class levels.

Youth Time Trials

An obstacle course class for 6-12 year olds, where the goal is to put their parkour skills to the test. The courses are timed and different for every class.

Youth Level 2

This is an intermediate level parkour class for ages 6-12, students are required to have earth bands or tree bands. Parkour classes focus on coaching students to better their jumping climbing swinging and balance abilities.

Youth Level 3

This is a Parkour class for our water band or air band students. Parkour classes focus on coaching students to better their jumping climbing swinging and balance abilities.

Youth/Teen TEAM

This is an invite-only class for advanced students. This class is geared towards competitions, high difficulty challenges, and sport-specific conditioning.
