And that’s exactly this man’s specialty. Ben “JENX” Jenkins. He’s a professional parkour athlete and stunt man, and he’s coming here to help you with your flips.

Focus: Q&A about Ben’s general training philosophy and specific methods for developing air awareness. Movement focus on front flips and basic wall flips.
Pre-reqs: At least 5 LVL 1 classes

Focus: Q&A about Ben’s general training philosophy and specific methods for developing and increasing air awareness. Movement focus on all types of wall tricks and intermediate/advanced front flip techniques.
Pre-reqs: Wall flip, back tuck, front tuck.
