Youth Parkour Classes
Youth Parkour (Level 1)
The level 1 youth parkour class will challenge students both physically and mentally. Students will stay highly active during class, engaging in creative drills and games in a fun, safe environment, all while learning the basics movement of parkour as well as important parkour philosophies such as training safely, solving problems, and setting goals.
Youth Parkour (Level 2)
The level 2 youth parkour class will continue challenge students both physically and mentally. Students will learn to combine previously learned techniques and learn new intermediate level skills while still engaging in creative drills and games. Dedication to conditioning and skills training outside of class is necessary to progress at this level.
Youth Parkour (Level 3)
The level 3 youth parkour class will challenge students both physically and mentally at a whole new level. Students will being to improvise runs and lines using previously learned techniques as well as working on overcoming fear and building confidence in all movements. Creativity and focus will be the centerpiece of level 3 classes, as well as emphasising training outside of class in an outdoor environment.
Parkour Tots
Parkour Tots is a class designed around parents and kids learning the basics of movement together. Parents with children ages 4-5 are invited to come in and train with us as we go over the basics of parkour including balancing, climbing, descending, vaulting, rolling, and most importantly, playing!! All lessons with be simple, safe, and fun!
Teen/Adult Parkour Classes
Intro to Parkour for Teens/Adults
Our Intro to Parkour program is perfect for anyone looking to get into the world of parkour. This 8-class program teaches the fundamentals of parkour, promotes a high level of physical fitness, and emphasizes the relationship between the two. Students will learn basic skills including quadrupedal movement, landings, rolls, basic gymnastics, jumps, cat leaps, vaults, underbars, tic tacs, wall runs, and basic freerunning tricks. Additionally, students will apply these skills to complete longer movement combinations and obstacle courses. No previous experience is necessary.
Level 1 Parkour for Teens/Adults
This course continues on the fundamentals of parkour building students up to an intermediate level, promoting a high level of physical fitness, and emphasizes the relationship between the two. Students will continue skills including quadrupedal movement, landings, rolls, falling safely, basic gymnastics, jumps, cat leaps, vaults, underbars, tic tacs, wall runs, and basic freerunning tricks. Additionally, students will apply these skills to complete longer movement combinations and obstacle courses.
Level 2 Parkour for Teens/Adults
This course is designed to further challenge those participants with solid fundamentals and a capable fitness level. Through repetition and skill refinement, students will learn intermediate skills and be expected to complete more difficult workouts. Dedication to conditioning and skills training outside of class is necessary to progress at this level.
Level 3 Parkour for Teens/Adults
This course is designed for practitioners who aim to take their parkour and freerunning skills to an elite level. Mastery of the basics and a high level of fitness are absolutely necessary to participate. These classes will empahasize a diverse and constantly changing set of skills focusing on parkour and freerunning but will also include material in tricking, martial arts, gymnastics, and climbing.
Aerial Basics
For the movement enthusiast looking to up their regimen (literally), we offer instruction in aerial arts. Aerial, or aerial dance as it’s sometimes referred, is a circus art brought to the forefront of popularity by shows such as Cirque du Soleil. Learn an introduction to multiple apparatus such as lyra, static trapeze and aerial fabric in a safe, controlled environment. This art challenges your strength, endurance, flexibility, and mind.
Circus Basics
Circus Basics focuses on a wide array of fundamental circus skills, technique and conditioning, including acrobatics, juggling and handstands. The skills learned in this class will provide the athlete with a solid foundation for circus auditions and a jumping off point to specialize in other disciplines.
Flexibility
Flexibility and range of motion is crucial to proper body mechanics and injury prevention. No matter your sport of choice, stretching should be part of your regular training schedule. Regular stretching will increase your athletic performance and reduce sports related injuries. The amount of time spent stretching depends on your goals and time available but stretching for 15 minutes 3 times a week will benefit your range of motion.
Come to Flexibility and learn stretches to increase your range of motion, gain strength in extended ranges, and move more freely and safely.
Freerunning (L’art du Deplacement)
The freerunning class focuses on the visually exciting and creative moves of freerunning. Students will learn how to express themselves through movement on all types of obstacles including walls, handrails, scaffolding, and more. Skills covered in this class include:
- Flat ground tricks including front/back/side flips and variations, aerials, tumbling, other flips, and twists.
- Wall tricks such as flips, spins, and twists.
- Bar work including flyaways, releases, and other swinging elements.
- Static freerunning tricks like flags, handstands, and levers.
- Additional combos, tricks, and creative movement on all types of obstacles.
Homeschool Program
Our Homeschool program offers parkour lessons to those kids and teens who are homeschooled during the day. The class runs during the school year on Mondays from 1:00 – 3:00pm with the first hour dedicated to learning parkour basics in a class-type setting and the second hour devoted to letting the kids have time to explore and play. Students of all levels will be challenged both mentally and physically as the learn to run, jump, climb, and swing to solve problems and traverse over, under, and through obstacles.
Hustle and Flow
This class is based around taking your movement skill set to the next level by adding in moves that contribute to your overall continuous flow. In this class, we’ll break down movement down to focus on the in-between moves to make your lines longer and more stylish. We will also be taking basic movements (vaults, balance, etc.) and adding new ways to accomplish them over various obstacles.
Parkour Onboarding
Ever wondered if you could do the things you see parkour practitioners do on TV, movies, and YouTube? Well here is your chance to find out! First time students, join us for a free Parkour Onboarding class. That’s right, FREE!! In this class, we will be introducing some of the basics of parkour including landing, rolling, balance, vaulting, and climbing. Come practice parkour in a fun, safe environment!!
Parkour Strength Training
We offer unlimited Parkour Strength Training (PK Strength) classes as long as you have any membership, the best valued strength training you can find in Denver. The class is done in a group environment and consists of constantly varied functional movements done at high intensity. Workouts are scaled to each athlete’s level and includes techniques useful for pre-hab, re-hab, joint prep, and conditioning. The class also explores basic human movement patterns including squatting, running, and brachiation.

Time Trials (Ninja Warrior)
Students will conquer courses and then improve their times through practice and coach feedback. Time trials consistently helps students of all skill levels increase their abilities and gain confidence in moving with speed and power. For all you people out there who dream of one day qualifying to run the Ninja Warrior course, this is for you!
Tricking
Tricking is a training discipline that combines martial arts kicks with flips and twists as well as many dance moves and styles from breakdancing. Designed for all levels, this class will cover kicks, twists, flips, combos, and even incorporating elements into freerunning.
