We offer unlimited Strength and Flexibility classes as long as you have any membership, the best valued strength training you can find in Denver. The class is done in a group environment and consists building full range strength for athletic development and injury prevention. Workouts are scaled to each athlete’s level and includes techniques useful for pre-hab, re-hab, joint prep, increasing range of motion, and conditioning. The class also explores basic human movement patterns including squatting, running, and brachiation.
