Parkour Strength Training

We offer unlimited Parkour Strength Training (PK Strength) classes as long as you have any membership, the best valued strength training you can find in Denver. The class is done in a group environment and consists of constantly varied functional movements done at high intensity. Workouts are scaled to each athlete’s level and includes techniques useful for pre-hab, re-hab, joint prep, and conditioning. The class also explores basic human movement patterns including squatting, running, and brachiation. APEX Denver also offers private 1-on-1 and group training.
