Adult Parkour Classes

New to parkour? Join our Intro to parkour course. With no prerequisites, these classes will introduce you to the skills, terminology, culture, and mindset of parkour.  Techniques will be introduced with detailed coaching, and all challenges will be scaled for the complete beginner. This course will give you the knowledge to seamlessly transition to our Level 1 classes. Come see what makes parkour unique and fun! 

Prerequisites: This class is for ages 18 and up. There are NO physical prerequisites to come and try out this class.

This course covers the fundamentals of parkour building students up to an intermediate level, promoting a high level of physical fitness, and emphasizes the relationship between the two. Students will learn skills including quadrupedal movement, landings, rolls, falling safely, basic gymnastics, jumps, cat leaps, vaults, underbars, tic tacs, wall runs, and basic freerunning tricks. Additionally, students will apply these skills to complete longer movement combinations and obstacle courses.

Prerequisites: This class is for ages 18 and up. There are NO physical prerequisites to come and try out this class. However, we do recommend taking Intro to Parkour first.

This course is designed to further challenge those participants with solid fundamentals and a capable fitness level. Through repetition and skill refinement, students will learn intermediate skills and be expected to complete more difficult workouts. Dedication to conditioning and skills training outside of class is necessary to progress at this level.

Prerequisites: This class is for ages 18 and up. Students may participate in Level 2 classes with instructor approval after taking our Level 1 classes.
If the participant wishes to enroll without taking Level 1 classes, they must meet with instructors to determine readiness.

This course is designed for practitioners who aim to take their parkour and freerunning skills to an elite level. Mastery of the basics and a high level of fitness are absolutely necessary to participate. These classes will emphasize a diverse and constantly changing set of skills focusing on parkour and freerunning but will also include material in tricking, martial arts, gymnastics, and climbing.

Prerequisites: This class is for ages 18 and up. Must have taken Level 2 parkour classes and have received instructor approval.

The TEAM course is reserved for elite parkour practitioners on an invite-only basis. In these classes students will push their capabilities to the limit in a high-skill environment while training with other students, advancing their abilities to new heights, both figuratively and literally.

Prerequisites: This class is for ages 18 and up. Must have taken Level 3 parkour classes and have received an invitation by an instructor.

The 40+ parkour course is a low-impact version of our parkour curriculum specifically designed for older adults with an extra emphasis on safety and gradated progression.  Don't worry, you'll still be jumping, running, and climbing in no time! But the curriculum does cater to a wide age range and ability level, accommodating both parents, recent retirees, and great-grandparents.

Prerequisites: This class is for ages 40 and beyond. There are NO physical prerequisites to come and try out this class.

Teen Parkour Classes

Prerequisites: This class is for ages 12-17. There are NO physical prerequisites to come and try out this class. Unlike our Adult classes, first-time teenagers are encouraged to join Level 1 immediately.

Adult & Teen Open Gym

We also offer open gym hours for free training every day of the week! Much like visiting a skate park, everyone will be working on their own skills, hanging out, socializing, and challenging each other.  Every open gym is still supervised by a coach who can assist with setting up obstacles, teach refreshers and demo skills, and provide ideas for what to work on during the session.

Prerequisites: Open gym is for ages 12 and up. There are NO physical prerequisites to come to open gym.

Weight Room Reservations

We also offer 1 hour blocks to reserve our separate weight room.  Unlike our open gym hours, the weight room is accessible for all hours we are open.  So come in and condition before or after a class with us, or during your child’s class.
