Intro to Parkour for Teens/Adults

Our Intro to Parkour program is perfect for anyone looking to get into the world of parkour. This 8-class program teaches the fundamentals of parkour, promotes a high level of physical fitness, and emphasizes the relationship between the two. Students will learn basic skills including quadrupedal movement, landings, rolls, basic gymnastics, jumps, cat leaps, vaults, underbars, tic tacs, wall runs, and basic freerunning tricks. Additionally, students will apply these skills to complete longer movement combinations and obstacle courses. No previous experience is necessary.
Teens/Adults : You must complete the Intro to Parkour program before participating in many of our other movement classes. Students cannot jump into the Intro to Parkour program after class #2. Check below for program start dates. Upon completion, participants move automatically into Level 1. Intro to Parkour program is $150 for all 8 classes as well as unlimited Open Gym sessions while in the program.

Level 1 Parkour for Teens/Adults

This course continues on the fundamentals of parkour building students up to an intermediate level, promoting a high level of physical fitness, and emphasizes the relationship between the two. Students will continue skills including quadrupedal movement, landings, rolls, falling safely, basic gymnastics, jumps, cat leaps, vaults, underbars, tic tacs, wall runs, and basic freerunning tricks. Additionally, students will apply these skills to complete longer movement combinations and obstacle courses.
Prerequisites: This class is for ages 12 and up. You must complete the Intro to Parkour course before participating in other movement classes. We highly recommend Intro to Parkour be taken in its entirety due to its progressive nature. Upon completion, participants will move into Level 1.

Level 2 Parkour for Teens/Adults

This course is designed to further challenge those participants with solid fundamentals and a capable fitness level. Through repetition and skill refinement, students will learn intermediate skills and be expected to complete more difficult workouts. Dedication to conditioning and skills training outside of class is necessary to progress at this level.
Prerequisites: This class is for ages 12 and up. Students may participate in Level 2 classes after completing our Intro to Parkour program and receiving instructor approval after taking our Level 1 classes. If the participant wishes to enroll without taking Level 1 classes, they must meet with instructors to determine readiness.

Level 3 Parkour for Teens/Adults

This course is designed for practitioners who aim to take their parkour and freerunning skills to an elite level. Mastery of the basics and a high level of fitness are absolutely necessary to participate. These classes will empahasize a diverse and constantly changing set of skills focusing on parkour and freerunning but will also include material in tricking, martial arts, gymnastics, and climbing.
Prerequisites: This class is for ages 12 and up. Must have completed out Intro to Parkour program, taken level 2 parkour classes, and have received instructor approval.
