Classes

Humans are built to be active, but our current lifestyles don’t afford it. You don’t have to suffer through boring, repetitive workouts that make you miserable. Our classes are engaging and will give you a full-body workout.

All experience levels are welcome.

What age can join?

We have classes for all ages. Our courses teach movement fundamentals to people of all ages and skill levels so everyone can feel more comfortable and confident in their abilities.

Do I need any prior experience?

Nope! We meet every student at their level and help them set and reach achievable goals. Each discipline has its onboarding, so please inquire!

What should I wear to my first class?

Wear comfortable, athletic clothing that allows for easy movement. Bring a water bottle. We also recommend having snacks if you have a young student enrolled, but we have plenty available for purchase if you forget.

How often should I attend classes to see progress?

We recommend attending classes at least twice a week for consistent progress. However, the frequency can vary based on individual goals, schedules, and the specific discipline.

Are the classes accessible to different levels of able-bodiness?

To ensure safety, all classes focus on progression and strength development. All of our coaches have experience adapting skills to all levels.
