What to Expect

Our camps are active, exciting, and beginner-friendly—no parkour experience needed. Designed for kids and teens ages 6 to 14, each day blends structured lessons with open play, games, and movement challenges.

Students learn how to jump, climb, balance, and problem-solve in a safe, coached environment while staying engaged, making friends, and building confidence.

We offer both morning and afternoon sessions to fit your schedule. Whether your child is brand new or already moving, our camps meet them at their level and help them grow.

Schedule

Morning camps run from 9am to 12pm.

Afternoon camps are from 12:30pm to 3:30 pm.

Typical Structure

Warm up: Everyone gets ready for active movement by doing group exercises.

Parkour lessons: We will cover a new parkour technique each day that will help students explore the space ranging from jumping, climbing, swinging, and flipping.

Games: Obstacle courses, tag, dodgeball, scavenger hunts, and more to get everyone moving and playing.

Free Time: Full access to the gym with coach supervision. Students can jump into the airbag, use the trampoline and explore the gym.

Food and break time: Time for food and snacks (and rest) while we watch parkour competitions and pro athletes on the lobby television.
