Youth Classes

Youth Level 1

Students ages 6-11 start in Youth Level 1. The level 1 youth parkour class will challenge students both physically and mentally. Students will stay highly active during class, engaging in creative drills and games in a fun, safe environment, all while learning important aspects of the parkour philosophy such as overcoming fear, solving problems, and setting goals. Each student’s first youth class is FREE!! Feel free to drop-in to any of our Youth Level 1 classes to give them a try.

There are NO prerequisites for Youth Level 1. All youth classes have open scheduling which means no start or end dates. Youth students sign up for monthly memberships.
Upon completion of 3 Youth Level 1 classes, students will receive their White Band and will gain access to Open Gym sessions.

Homeschool Program

Our Homeschool program offers parkour lessons to those kids and teens who are homeschooled during the day. The class runs during the school year on Mondays from 1:00 – 3:00pm with the first hour dedicated to learning parkour basics in a class-type setting and the second hour devoted to letting the kids have time to explore and play. Students of all levels will be challenged both mentally and physically as the learn to run, jump, climb, and swing to solve problems and traverse over, under, and through obstacles. Just like any of our youth classes, the first class is FREE!!

Prerequisites: For ages 6-16. Students must be homeschooled in order to sign up. Must attend the first class hour in order to participate in the second hour.

Parkour Tots

Parkour Tots is a class designed around parents and kids learning the basics of movement together. Parents with children ages 4-5 are invited to come in and train with us as we go over the basics of parkour including balancing, climbing, descending, vaulting, rolling, and most importantly, playing!! All lessons with be simple, safe, and fun!

Prerequisites: For children ages 4-5. Students MUST be potty trained and parent/legal guardian participation is MANDATORY! No students will be allowed in without parent present and actively involved. 1 drop-in or membership covers all participants.

Parkour Onborading

Ever wondered if you could do the things you see parkour practitioners do on TV, movies, and YouTube? Well here is your chance to find out! First time students, join us for a free Parkour Onboarding class. That’s right, FREE!! In this class, we will be introducing some of the basics of parkour including landing, rolling, balance, vaulting, and climbing. Come practice parkour in a fun, safe environment!!

Prerequisites: This class is for ages 12 and up. For first time students only. There are NO physical prerequisites to come and try out this class. Once you finish this single class, you can sign up for the Intro to Parkour program to continue with your parkour training. Signing up for Intro to Parkour the day of your Onboarding class will get you 20% off of your membership!!

Teen/Adult Intro to Parkour

Our Intro to Parkour program is perfect for anyone looking to dive into the world of parkour. This 6-class program teaches the fundamentals of parkour, promotes a high level of physical fitness, and emphasizes the relationship between the two. Students will learn basic skills including quadrupedal movement, landings, rolls, basic gymnastics, jumps, cat leaps, vaults, underbars, tic tacs, wall runs, and basic freerunning tricks. Additionally, students will apply these skills to complete longer movement combinations and obstacle courses. No previous experience is necessary. Come see how much fun parkour can be!

Teens/Adults : You must complete the Intro to Parkour program before participating in many of our other movement classes. Students cannot jump into the Intro to Parkour program after class #2. Check below for program start dates. Upon completion, participants move automatically into Level 1. Intro to Parkour program is $150 for all 6 classes as well as unlimited Open Gym sessions while in the program.
