Birthdays Should Be Epic
What to expect 🎉
• Warm up: everyone gets ready for active movement by doing group exercises.
• Mini Parkour lessons: We will cover a few lessons that will help students explore the space ranging from Jumping, Climbing, Swinging, and flipping. All lessons scale to the level of the participants.
• Games: Our coaches will lead a couple games to get everyone moving and playing.
• Free Time: Get full access to the gym with coach supervision, students can jump into the airbag, use the trampoline and explore the gym.
• Food and party time: Time for Food Snacks and for birthday wishes. Parents are allowed to bring party supplies and decorate the lobby.
General Events/Private Parties
All private bookings are hosted by an APEX Denver coach to supervise, lead games, and instruct mini-lessons where requested. If you have an idea for something you’d like to do in our space, we’d love to hear from you.

Times
APEX Denver Birthday Parties are 90 minutes:
Fridays: 4:00 – 5:30 PM & 6:00 – 7:30 PM
Saturdays: 6:00 - 7:30 PM
Sundays: 6:15 – 7:45 PM
Pricing
A Birthday Party is $275 for up to 7 participants, with an additional $35 for each participant after that, up to 22 participants. Please contact us if your participating group size is larger than 22.
By signing up to do a birthday with us, please note that a significant mess left in the gym may result in a cleaning fee of up to $75.00 applied at the gym’s discretion, depending on the severity.
Please note all those participating must be at least 6 years of age and must have a waiver filled out by a parent or legal guardian.
We fill up quickly so please book more than a month ahead of your event. Our reservation system closes two weeks in advance.
