Teen Parkour Classes

Our teen classes are for ages 12-17, and will teach teens the cool moves they see in movies, games, and social media while also building strength, teaching risk-assessment, and building a sustainable practice for years to come.

Teen Level 1

This is a Beginner level class for ages 13-17 covering the fundamentals of parkour with courses and skill challenges in this fun, playful form of exercise. Bands will be given out as students progress through our program and learn new skills and meet physical fitness benchmarks.

Time Trials

Obstacle course that is designed to highlight parkour movements and patterns. This is a non-competitive class that’s goal is to test your parkour skills and challenge students to connect movements in a given setting.

Teen Level 2

This is an intermediate level Parkour class ages 13- 17, students are required to have an earth band or tree band. Parkour classes focus on coaching students to better their jumping climbing swinging and balance abilities.

This is an advanced level Parkour class ages 13-17, students are required to have a water band or airband. Parkour classes focus on coaching students to better their jumping climbing swinging and balance abilities.

Youth/Teen TEAM

This is an invite-only class for advanced students. This class is geared towards competitions, high difficulty challenges, and sport-specific conditioning.
