Whether you’re looking for an exciting and active team-building event, a holiday party, instructional workshop, film-screening, or even a fun location for a rave (have you seen our giant disco ball?), APEX Denver is a unique and memorable place to host all kinds of events.

All private bookings are hosted by an APEX Denver coach to supervise, lead games, and instruct mini-lessons where requested. If you have an idea for something you’d like to do in our space, we’d love to hear from you. Fill out this form to get a conversation started and we’ll be in touch.

Be sure to book more than a month in advance. We fill up quickly! Our reservation system closes two weeks in advance. Still have questions? Contact us here.

Q: What does the schedule of a party look like?
A: Most commonly, the party will be roughly 15-25 minutes of a small class, followed by an activity of your choice (Obstacle course, Games, open gym), and cool down time towards the end to have food if you brought some.

Q: Can you bring food to a party?
A: Yes! We typically save food or snacks till the end of the party because we will not allow participants back into the gym afterward. This is to avoid messes or accidents in a space where you’re moving around a lot.

Q: What should we wear?
A: Regular gym clothes that are comfortable to move around in. Participants may also go barefoot in the gym if they choose, with certain amenities within the gym requiring you to go without shoes to use them.
