Youth Program


Tots Parkour (Ages 3-5):

A fun and playful introduction to movement, perfect for building coordination and confidence in our youngest movers.

Youth Parkour (Ages 6-11):

Develop strength, coordination, and confidence in our engaging youth parkour programs.

**All youth participants must attend a class before dropping into our youth open gym sessions.

TEEN Parkour

Are you ready to take your parkour to the next level? Team Training is our advanced teen training program. Prepare to learn advanced parkour skills and train alongside a dedicated team and compete in exciting events. Potential paths include, coaching apprenticeship, become a competitive athlete, and create parkour media.
